METAMORPHOSIS
NEW ALBUM

This album is dedicated to my beloved aunt and mentor Vinia Tsopelas.

Metamorphosis represents a variation process that is seamlessly transforming from one form to another. I wrote these pieces inspired by the nightlife in Athens, Greece, where one can hear a melting pot of music genres. Metamorphosis is an exploration of echo and percussive effects. Panmixia has a fluid mixed meter structure influenced by Bulgarian Aksak. Golden Gate is named after the bridge connecting San Francisco Bay and the Pacific Ocean.
